Does it matter what sport I play?

At Welle fast we cater to any athletic goals whether your an athlete or an adult looking for a fun challenging class to increase your athletic ability.  Welle fast is for any sport, team or individual, whether your a dancer or body builder.

How much does it cost?

Our rates vary by program.  We offer package deals that are cheaper then paying per individual session.  At Wellefast we work with our clients so that our services are affordable.

What if I have injuries?

Our trainers always take into account the injuries of athletes and will modify the workout to fit their needs.  Wellefast promotes injury prevention and will incoorporate stability and technique training in thier workouts.

What are the training times?

We offer tentative schedules for all the athletes at Wellefast. JR Elite Classes run from 3pm to 4pm, 4pm to 5pm, and some days 5pm to 6pm at our Ralia location. We offer JR Elite classes Monday through Friday and on some Saturdays at both of our locations. The Blaine Location offers JR Elite classes Monday through Friday 3pm to 4pm and 4pm to 5pm. Ralia also offers PT for clients interested in extra one on one work. Ralia also offers Elite classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30am. ADult classes run from 5:30 to 6:30 am at Ralia, 11:30 to 12:30 at the Blaine loaction Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How old do you have to be?

Generally we work with kids from ages 8-12 in very specific fundimental training. Teens 13-18 will be booked in our Jr Elite classes, and will be trained specifically to their sports along with abilities. We work with college and professional athletes in our Elite classes. Finally we work with adults in our adult fitness classes working on functional strength training. All ages are considered when designing programs for the athletes so our clients can progress with the results they desire.
